Nazira Karimi co-founded HORSEMILK, an artist-run online journal dedicated to contemporary Central Asian art. In addition to her role as co-founder, Karimi developed the platform’s web presence, establishing a digital space for Central Asian cultural work. During its two years of operation, HORSEMILK published articles, showcased artworks, and fostered a critical dialogue within and beyond the region.

A highlight of the platform was its interactive timeline of Central Asian contemporary art, offering audiences an engaging way to explore the art movements' evolution and significant moments.

HORSEMILK was created in collaboration with Medina Bazargali, Arman Sein, and Anvar Musrepov.
